Brewing the Magic: A Coffee-Art Experience

Did you know that Guest Artist Amy Sass uses coffee as a primary feature in her mythic paintings? She loves the gorgeous earthy color and the fun of dripping and stamping and throwing and swirling this delicious medium.
Come out and brew up some magic in our fun-filled art workshop where you engage flavor, aroma and paint-play with coffee.
Participants will explore patterns, swirls, drips and layering mixed with journaling and collage. We’ll use brushes as well as other non-traditional tools for mark-making.

Amy Sass

Through art-making, she converses with the local community of spirits, deities, guardians, animals, plants, minerals, and humans, creating mythic images, mountain narratives, and transformative experiences.
