The equinox marks the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere. It is the day the sun's rays shine onto the equator while the Earth sits with its axis tilted neither toward nor away from the sun. This causes 12 hours of sunlight almost everywhere on Earth, including here in Colorado.

An energetic way of experiencing the equinox, is that while the earth is in a moment of balance it provides us a neutral opportunity to look back and forward with equal attention.
This threshold where the light and dark are in perfect balance brings a wave of nourishing, equalizing energy flowing into our lives, which can feel welcome after the dormancy and potency of winter.

The spring equinox is a time of new beginnings, and symbolizes fertility, rebirth, and renewal. It is a time to assess the stirrings in the winter and see what is ready to sprout in the coming season.

Together we will engage in structured ways to look back over the winter, and step more fully and consciously into spring. This will be a time to plant seeds - metaphorically in our lives, and physically in soil to take home and remind us of our intentions throughout the coming season.

Join us for this special time of intention and connection.
