The Mindful Path of Creativity

Happiness gets interrupted when feeling distracted, agitated or doubtful, taking us farther from where we want to be.

Mindfulness Meditation is a mind, heart and body practice that opens the door to awareness and clarity, calms the body, and offers balance being in the present moment to guide our creativity and life.

Taking time to slow down and quiet our busy minds, gives us a break to renew and feel more connected to ourselves.

Each class time consists of:

  • 30 minutes of sharing

  • 15 minutes of gentle guided meditation

  • Closing with time for comments and questions

No experience required: just a willingness to pause, breathe, and be there.

Attendance: Joining all five sessions is encouraged, but it is not necessary.  Sessions do build on each other, and each session will deepen your practice.  And, you will benefit from even one class!  Handouts will be given to everyone in person or via email after each session.

Investment: $12/session or $50/All 5 Sessions
