Here lies the opportunity to move yourself, “on this day” - Whatever is going on, you are welcome to bring your emotive, full self. You are welcome here. Welcome to express it, to move it.
This emotive painting process is a guided, 90 minute painting experience designed to aid you in moving through your emotions and expressing them out onto the canvas. Your fear, anger, grief, joy, excitement is welcome.
A carefully constructed musical journey will guide you all the way through your experience to invite expression, feel it all, and sequene whatever is happening into a growth experience.
There is no ‘artistic’ experience necessary. We all have the birthright of expression, and artistic expression. Here you are acknowledged for the beautiful being you are, exactly as you are, and encouraged to welcome your varied emotional terrain as an ally for your life journey.
In a safe space, we will share together our current challenges or triumphs and then support one another in the external expression of those emotions through paint and play.
Be small and shy in your brush strokes, and then challenge yourself to take up more space. Be large in your expression and find the delicacy of your soul. Splash, spray, whip, express, whisper, emote, consciously become.
I’ve been utilizing paint as an emotional expression for almost 20 years now. There is no production expectation, no performance desired, no outcome that is needed - just a pure, expressive experience of who you are ‘on this day’ in all its mess and its beauty!
Come dare to be truthful with yourself. Dare to be expressive. Dare to be seen by other people. Dare to be a whole human being in your acceptance and expression of yourself.
To be witnessed is to be seen.
To be seen is to be welcomed.
To be welcomed is to belong.
To belong gives you the freedom to express your true self.
To express your true self is to live into fulfilling your destiny.
All you have to do is show up. To say yes. The rest will unfold. It is more than enough.
Take a risk on yourself and sign up now.
